
Qigong is a form of Chinese energetic medicine that combines physical movements, breathing techniques, meditation, and visualization to balance the body's internal energy, or Qi. Practiced for thousands of years, it aimed to promote healing, restore balance, and enhance physical, mental, and emotional well being.

Mike has an Integrative Healing Practice that offers a unique approach to understanding and managing pain, both physical and emotional. The core philosophy is about helping individuals help themselves, by fostering a deeper connection to their own well-being.
Instead of simply treating symptoms, the practice encourages clients to engage in a different conversation with their pain, exploring what their discomfort may be trying to communicate.
Through this process, individuals can begin to uncover patterns, behaviors, and habits that are detrimental to their health.
The goal is to condition the body and mind for balance, guiding clients to not only avoid but evolve beyond the things that threaten their well-being. It's about reclaiming power over your own health, learning to hook into your own innate ability to heal, and creating a more balanced, harmonious life. Through this, clients will better understand the cycles of balance and imbalance and take meaningful steps toward lasting wellness intentional pattern-making.
